Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, delivery, and technical leadership of enterprise GIS solutions—spanning design, migration, and integration—leveraging GE Smallworld and ESRI platforms for utility, telecom, and gas clients.
• Migration & Data Integration: Drive migrations from GE Smallworld to ESRI Utility Network using FME, CIM Adapter, Python ETL. Define spatial data models, workflows, and interfaces between GIS and enterprise syste...
