Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and service-oriented Senior Estate Manager to oversee the full operation of a large luxury private property located near Barcelona.
This role is responsible for maintaining impeccable standards year-round, coordinating all vendors and seasonal staff, and ensuring a seamless, high-level experience during periods of family and guest use (primarily the summer season).
The Senior Estate Manager will work closely with the property owners, the family office, and trusted external partners to manage budgets, maintenance planning, compliance, and daily operations — ensuring privacy, discretion, and excellence across every aspect of the property.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and service activities to ensure the property remains in pristine condition year-round
- Develop and manage seasonal operational plans for guest-use periods and off-season care
