This is a senior estimating position within architectural metalwork, with real ownership of pricing, risk, and bid strategy. You won’t just be producing numbers. You’ll be shaping how work is priced and whether it’s pursued.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Pricing architectural metalwork projects from drawings and specs
• Building accurate cost models for materials, labour, plant and subcontractors
• Preparing and managing competitive bids
• Engaging suppliers and securing realistic pricing
• Identifying and pricing risk properly
• Leading and supporting other estimators
