Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Brea, CA
Duration: Fulltime Role

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who can independently review plans, understand the full project scope, and critically evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure true apples-to-apples comparisons.
This is not a data-entry estimating role. This person will be a strategic partner in pre-construction and will help establish estimating standards, track historical costs, and align subcontractors across projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work (healthcare / OSHPD / HCAI projects).
  • Perform detailed take-offs and cost estimates for commercial healthcare projects.
  • Analyze and level subcontractor bids to confirm scope alignment and pricing accuracy.
