Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join Upstart AEC in a full-time, fully remote role. This position plays a key role in connecting real-world preconstruction workflows with modern, AI-driven estimation technology. You'll act as a subject matter expert, helping shape how commercial contractors adopt and scale preconstruction software.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep expertise in preconstruction processes, including takeoff, estimation, bid management, and qualification/risk management

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights to internal product development teams

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in preconstruction
