Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Estimator to lead the company’s estimating and tendering function while contributing directly to business growth through active pursuit of new opportunities.

This role is intended for a senior estimating professional with extensive experience within general contracting organizations and a demonstrated history of preparing accurate, competitive estimates and securing profitable work. The successful candidate will combine hands-on estimating leadership with a strategic approach to opportunity identification, landlord improvement pursuits, and market expansion.

This is not a project management or construction delivery role. The primary focus of this position is estimating, tendering, and winning work.
