We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for complex commercial construction projects. This role is critical in driving profitable growth, supporting business development, and ensuring project success from preconstruction through award.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and final cost estimates for commercial projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Lead quantity take-offs and pricing efforts
- Develop bid strategies, scopes, and subcontractor comparisons
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
