Job Description

Layfield is looking to add an experienced Senior Estimator to our Edmonton Office. The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in developing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates for geosynthetics construction projects. This position requires deep technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams. The Senior Estimator supports both preconstruction and project execution phases, ensuring estimates align with project specifications, company standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


Estimating & Pre-Construction

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed material takeoffs for geosynthetics systems.
