About the Opportunity


We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a respected general contractor with a strong and diverse ICI portfolio. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys both conceptual and detailed estimating and who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, competitiveness, and well‑structured preconstruction processes.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ICI projects $20M +

  • Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity

  • Develop quantity take‑offs, costing, and complete bid submissions

  • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing

  • Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align estimates with project goals
