Senior Estimator

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Estimator, an industry professional with the experience, judgment, and credibility to operate at the highest level across low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise residential developments.

This role is not about filling a seat. It is about adding a true industry standout to an already high-performing estimating team.

• 15+ years of progressive estimating experience across low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise construction
• Deep expertise in conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimating
• A well-established trade network with strong, long-standing subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Proven ability to stress-test drawings, identify scope gaps, and manage risk early
• Commercially minded, detail-driven, and respected by trades and peers alike
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, decision-oriented development and construction environment
