Senior Estimator
About the Role
The Senior Estimator leads the preconstruction process, developing accurate and comprehensive estimates that support project success. This role partners closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure full scope coverage, budget alignment, and high quality preconstruction deliverables. It’s a great fit for someone who is confident, detail oriented, collaborative, and skilled at owning their work from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead preconstruction teams and coordinate client/design meetings
+ Develop bid strategies and manage subcontractor outreach
+ Perform quantity takeoffs using BIM tools
+ Conduct constructability reviews, system analyses, and value management
+ Compile, review, and reconcile all takeoffs, pricing, and estimates
+ Support subcontract negotiations and major purchasing decisions
