Salary Range: $90000 to $140000 Per Year

Wet Utility Senior Estimator:

Min 5 years’ experience with primary focus on wet utility projects (water, sewer & storm drain work)

Must also have experience with pump stations and treatment facilities (mechanical piping / systems)

Will be required to take and estimate from inception to completion, including transitioning a winning bid to operations

In depth knowledge with various type of shoring systems

Needs background in underground wet utility systems as well as paving & concrete as it related to utility construction

Must have worked for self-performing contractor that performs at-risk work (no construction managers or governmental estimators)

Most of our work is in metropolitan areas so needs experience in constructing projects in existing streets

Support operations with change order pricing and alternative methodology analysis
