Event Execution Specialist

The Swiss Foundation for Innovation and Training in Surgery (SFITS) is seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure seamless event execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate logistics: pallet arrival, shipping, consumable inventory and ordering management systems.

  • EQUIP EVENT SPACES WITH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUMENT KIT SETUPS - Provide training on biomedical equipment setup & operation procedures.

  • Maintain accurate consumables inventory and stock levels - assist the team with daily tasks as needed.
