**Team/Role Overview**
The Senior Event Project Coordinator is as an individual contributor and team member. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices. Requires attention to detail when making judgements and recommendations based on information presented, find workable solutions. Break down an event into smaller tasks, documents, plans and execute them. Good demonstratable understanding of integration with partners and stakeholders in accomplishing the objectives of an event. Impactful communication and diplomacy skills required with an ability to handle complex/sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided as a measure of effectiveness of self, team and job function performance.
