We are the leaders in using technology and risk models that focus on alternate / surrogate methods for scoring customers. The role in a gist:
As Flexi Loans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role the experience we are looking for is booking platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle last-minute changes and documentation. Sounds like you? What you will work on:
Manage domestic and international flight bookings, including rescheduling and cancellations
Booking and coordination of hotel reservations, local transportation, and other travel requirements
Ensure adherence to company travel policies while offering cost-effective booking options
Communicate with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels for bookings and negotiations
Prepare travel itineraries and share confirmations with employees
Maintain travel records, invoices, and documentation for audits and reimbursements
Support visa processing and travel insurance arrangements when required
Handle last-minute travel requests with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure timely resolution of travel-related issues
The ideal candidate:
Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms and airline portals
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requirements
Basic understanding of visa and travel regulations is an advantage
Qualification and Experience:
2+ years of experience in domestic and international travel booking
Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field)
Loyalty Program Management: Experience managing corporate and individual rewards (miles, points) to maximize travel perks and cost savings
