Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Programme Experience&Operations)- 2 Years

Location: Central Region of Singapore

Responsibilities

• Re-design and implement policy and process improvements for better programme experiences. This involves:

  1. User and stakeholder engagement with organization’s business units, corporate departments and key stakeholders to elicit users’ needs

  2. Collection and analysis of operational data

  3. Development of operational workflows and procedures e.g. circulars and SoPs

  4. Support users to onboard the revised policies and processes through appropriately-designed interventions e.g. briefing session, job-aid

• Support smooth delivery of virtual, blended and classroom learning interventions as part of the efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes.
