We are hiring for an individual to join our Talent Acquisition team based from corporate office in Andheri Marol Naka.


Job Responsibility :


  • Execute and manage the complete recruitment process for Corporate, Clinical & Non Clinical roles
  • Manage the targeted recruitment channels (Portals, Referrals, Advertisements, Campus, etc.) as per the profiles for sourcing the candidates for the open positions and closure of the position within TAT.
  • Should be able to do Stakeholder Management & bulk recruitment
  • Past exposure of volume hiring preferably from Healthcare will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Should be a go getter & Enthusiastic.
  • Working Pattern Monday to Friday- from Office and Saturday is Work from Home.
  • Should be able to do bulk hiring

    • PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 to 5 years of experience in core recruitment. Should have done bulk hiring


    QUALIFICATION : Graduate in any discipline / MBA in HR mandatory
