Our client, a well-established professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its President and select members of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a trusted, high-impact role for an experienced administrative professional who excels in fast-paced, executive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
  • Act as the central liaison for the Executive Office
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel, events, and executive logistics
