Senior Executive

Responsibilities:•Recordkeeping.•Negotiate with suppliers.•Vehicle tracking and traffic management.•Ensure timely placement of fleet to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current trends.•Ensuring GPS devices in all vehicles.•Resolve disputes.•Ensure that the rates agreed with the vendors should be lesser or at par with Industry standards.•AOR to be reviewed every quarter and all critical areas to be reviewed every month. Special focus to be on ad hoc capability of vendors. •Flexible to do work in Shift Wise as per industry requirement.Functional and Behavioural Skills:•Experience in logistics, transportation management, vendor management and vehicle tracking.•Expert with MS Excel and various analytical tools and exposure of market intelligence.•Able to work independently as well as in team.
