Senior / Executive Business Development (SEC)

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in security services and security technologies.
• Promote services including manned guarding, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and tenders.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
• Develop and manage existing client relationships and key accounts alongside the operations team
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Any other scope and roles as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the Security Industry or Facilities Management Company (Experience in security services, ELV, CCTV, or the technology industry...
