Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Senior Executive in Client Servicing. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver outstanding service. Additionally, you will oversee customer support initiatives, strategize to enhance client retention, and analyze client feedback to improve processes and build strong, lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Strong understanding of financial processes in the context of client servicing
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or service industry is a plus
