Key Responsibilities:
End to end program management including all the phases of the program
Conceptualization and ideation for communications including direct mailers, EDMs, Websites, banners, mobile, exhibitions collaterals
Ideation and execution of engagements activities/campaigns and offers for members of the program and communication of the same.
Translating the central strategy across consumer relevant mediums to create seamless 360-degree communication.
Lead constructive presentations with the client on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Managing all escalations of the client and the end users.
Validation of all invoices and ensuring all POs and Payments are released on time.
Preparing the customized presentation, proposal and contracts. Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills.
Analytical skills – Good Understanding of data reports, data analysis etc.
Experience in handling clients and done account management for different projects
Exceptional problem solving skills
Experience in client servicing and relationship building
Can work in a high pressure environment.
Good to have skills:
2-4 years of experience in client servicing and account management.
Prior experience in growing accounts and mining new opportunities within existing accounts.
Graduate/Post Graduate in Advertisment, Marketing is preferred.
Account Management & Customer Centric focus.
Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing, or similar media environments is a plus.
Agency background is highly preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
