Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Client Servicing to manage brand accounts, coordinate influencer campaigns, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The role demands strong communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned brand clients
• Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal requirements
• Coordinate with influencer marketing, talent, and campaign teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely delivery of influencer campaigns as per agreed timelines
• Share campaign updates, reports, and post-campaign insights with clients
• Manage expectations, feedback, and revisions effectively
• Track campaign performance and ensure deliverables meet brand objectives
• Handle escalations, delays, or concerns professionally
• Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and reports for all campaigns

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Good understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand servicing
• Prior experience in an influencer marketing / digital / advertising agency preferred
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media ecosystems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
