Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Client Servicing to join our advertising team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client

relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout website project lifecycles.
  • Gather and document client requirements including scope, functionalities, design preferences, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as UI/UX, development, QA, content, and project management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present project timelines, proposals, wireframes, and progress reports to clients.
  • Manage communication, feedback cycles, change requests, and approvals effectively.
  • Monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and quality standards.
  • Educate clients on web features, CMS usage, hosting environments, and post-launch processes when required.
  • Identify potential risks, communicate proactively, and ensure resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities.


Skills & Requirements


  • 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination—preferably within web, digital, or tech environments.
  • Basic understanding of website development processes, UI/UX, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), and web technologies is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
