- Strategically develop and manage CRM campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Emails, and In-Apps, ensuring alignment with retention goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with Digital Graphic Designers and Copywriters to create engaging and effective marketing content.
