Role & responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Sales Strategy:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of e-commerce operations including inventory control, product catalog management, order processing, logistics coordination, and returns handling.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies tailored to different platforms (brand website, third-party aggregators, marketplaces) to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion data; prepare reports to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure timely product listings with compelling content, accurate pricing, and high quality images to maximize customer engagement and sales.
