Senior Executive – EDP (SAP S/4 HANA)

Location: Karur

Company: Asian Fabricx Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 8–10 years (SAP S/4 HANA – End-to-End Modules)

Role Purpose

Drive SAP S/4 HANA implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement across the entire textile value chain (Yarn to Finished Goods). The role ensures process governance, data integrity, inventory accuracy, user enablement, and compliance, supporting operational excellence and scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4 HANA – Implementation & Governance

  • Lead SAP implementation and stabilization strictly as per approved Blueprint
  • Manage master data readiness, process validation, and LIVE operations
  • Coordinate with business users, SAP consultants, and IT teams
  • Ensure system accuracy, real-time reporting, and process compliance

Manufacturing, Weaving & Processing – SAP & Inventory Control

  • Monitor production, quality, inward/outward transactions in SAP
  • Validate weight, quantity, rack posting, and quality clearance accuracy
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and deviation analysis (weigh scale & weighbridge)
  • Provide real-time SAP user support and corrective guidance

Stores, Made-Ups & Finished Goods

  • Oversee SAP postings for cutting, stitching, packing, and FG
  • Ensure LIVE data accuracy and inventory integrity
  • Review data entry performance and resolve stock deviations

Outsourcing & Job Work

  • Manage SAP reconciliation for outsourced operations
  • Track non-valuated stock, settlements, and inter-plant movements
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal plants for SAP alignment

SAP Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

  • Knowledge on configuration management
  • Conduct gap analysis and R&D for new SAP requirements
  • Propose system and process enhancements aligned with SAP standards

Training & Capability Building

  • Deliver SAP training for new hires and refresher programs
  • Maintain training effectiveness and user adoption metrics

Ideal Profile

  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA across textile operations
  • Excellent understanding of inventory, production, and quality processes
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
