Job Description

  • Should have experience in operation and maintenance of Water Treatment plant including softener, UF, RO system, Ozone treatment, MCDP, PSG, Storage and distribution loops etc. Should be able to operate these systems independently. Should have hands on experience in membrane replacement, regeneration of systems. Should be able to do CIP of membranes, CEB of membranes.
  • Should have knowledge about chemicals used in water system, Chemical storage, handling and usage procedures, impact of chemical dosages etc. Should be aware of safety precautions during chemical handling.
  • Should have knowledge about individual system cleaning, regenration and Sanitization procedures for tanks, resin beds, filters, membranes, transfer piping etc.
  • Should have knowledge about regulatory requirements of water system and Engineering compliance.
  • Preparation & revision of SOPs and QMS documentation. Maintaining equipment logbooks, PM planner & records.
