Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll and compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax.

Job Title: Senior Executive - Finance

Shift timings- 3 PM-12 AM

Geography: US

• End to end US payroll process management. This includes preparation of the monthly payroll inputs, validation of the same, Processing the payroll in Global View Payroll system of ADP.
• US termination processing.
• Timecards validation and preparation of the timecard input for payroll processing
• Payroll cost accounting - Accounting of the payroll cost in SAP post payroll closure, payroll payments entries accounting, Monthly payroll cost provisioning.
• Managing payroll and statutory compliance audit
• Mis Reporting - Payroll variance analysis, payroll headcount report, overview of payroll and payroll cost, WOTC Reporting
• Review and managing year end payroll closure activities
