Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage key donor accounts which includes developing engagement/stewardship plans, conducting regular communications and tracking donations
  • Help achieve the fundraising target of the department by supporting the development and implementation of the fundraising plan, including appeal letters, digital campaigns and events
  • Promote and drive the growth of regular and monthly giving
  • Prepare reports and donor data analysis
  • Any other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

  • Minimum a Degree
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent
  • Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
  • Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
