Senior Executive, Growth & DAU – Batam



We are looking for a Senior Executive, Growth & DAU – Batam to support the growth of Aon’s business across all solution lines in Batam. Reporting directly to the Head of Office – Batam, this role is a front-line, market-facing position focused on client acquisition, relationship development, and sales execution. The role works closely with Jakarta-based broking, advisory, and client service teams to bring the full breadth of Aon’s capabilities to clients.



The role is based in Batam and operates within a hybrid working arrangement.
