The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, vendor coordination experience, and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite BGV Oversight
Manage end-to-end BGV lifecycle for employees deployed at client sites.
Ensure alignment with client-specific onboarding and compliance policies.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with client HR teams, internal recruitment, and legal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
