HR Group Ops (1 year contract)
JD:
- Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data
- Organise HR datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks
- Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall performance achievements and incident rates.
- Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations
Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
HR Corp Office (6 months)
JD:
Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
- Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
- Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
- Recruitment for Intern/Temp Staff and support on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
- Process monthly invoices.
- Maintain proper HR documentation
Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
HR Shared Services
JD:
Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI)
- Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and analytics skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
