Role purpose: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will play a key role in enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with quality and audit standards.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, LMS, ticketing tools, employee experience lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
