Job Description:

  • As a key member of HR payroll and data management team, you will ensure accuracy, consistency and standardization of HR processes to ensure efficient administration of all HR activities that complies with company's policies and government legislations.

  • You will work proactively in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end processing of employee data, keep proper documentation and records, and administer the staff compensation and benefits.

  • In addition to the day-to-day operations, this role will identify and streamline the HR processes and develop a centralized shared service unit at the group level to drive quality HR services (covering full employee lifecycle) to employees in a large organization.
