Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local legislations and internal policies

  • Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

  • Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims and Government-Paid leaves (i.e. Maternity, Shared Parental, Childcare leaves)

  • Provision of payroll reports to internal stakeholders (i.e. Finance, HRBP)

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.

  • Support various HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
