Position Title: Senior Executive – HR & Training

To manage and execute Human Resource and Training & Development functions with strong emphasis on workforce capability building, technical and compliance training, and HR operational support within a glove manufacturing environment. Ensure training systems and HR practices comply with statutory requirements and customer audit standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Training & Development

  • Develop and implement Annual Training Plan aligned with business and production needs.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs for production, QA, EHS, and support functions.

  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires and foreign workers.

  • Organize compliance and mandatory training (WRAP, CTPAT, Social Compliance, Safety, GMP, ISO, ESG).
