Handling employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assisting in performance appraisal processes and HR audits
Ensuring compliance with statutory and labor laws
Addressing employee queries and supporting employee engagement initiatives
Coordinating with academic and non-academic departments for HR-related matters
