Job Overview

Were looking for a people-centric, energetic, and growth-driven HR Executive who is excited to be a part of a purpose-led organization. The ideal candidate will not only manage end-to-end HR operations across both blue-collar and white-collar workforce, but also act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering an open and engaged workplace. The role demands a long-term mindset and the ability to collaborate with external HR agencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRMS systems.

Talent Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for both office and factory roles.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and training of new hires.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback mechanisms.

Policy, SOP & Compliance

  • Draft and update HR policies, manuals, SOPs, and job descriptions.
  • Ensure fair workplace practices and adherence to compliance protocols.

Tech Enablement

  • Handle HRMS/biometric systems, data analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • Generate HR reports, workforce analytics, and performance trends.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Act as the primary liaison between staff and management.
  • Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action fairly and promptly.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

Strategic HR & Engagement

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Plan learning and development programs to support career growth and internal mobility.

Qualifications and Skills

36 years of experience in HR generalist roles

Hands-on experience in handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce

Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles across various functions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills a true people person

Familiarity with HRMS tools, labor laws, compensation structures, and compliance

Ability to work independently and coordinate with external HR agencies

Looking for long-term commitment and professional growth

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
