Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Logistics (EXIM) is responsible for the seamless execution of end-to-end export and import operations. This role ensures full compliance with international trade regulations and government schemes while managing documentation, coordinating with external service providers (CHAs and forwarders), and liaising with internal production and procurement teams to maintain a lean and efficient supply chain.
Core Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Statutory Compliance
● EXIM Documentation: Manage the complete lifecycle of export and import documentation, including preparation, review, and rigorous follow-up.
● Government Schemes: Oversee compliance and application processes for various monitoring systems and certifications, including SIMS (Steel Import Monitoring System), PIMS (Paper Import Monitoring System), EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator).
