Senior Executive

Location: West
Working Hours: 9AM – 6PM (Mon-Fri)

What you'll do:

• Handle all Motor Insurance enquiries from Policyholders / Underwriters
• Provide quotations to customers via Insurers online portal
• Negotiate with Insurers for rates & terms
• Process policy issuance via Insurers online portal
• Follow up payment from Insured
• Data Entry for all transacted cases into internal database
• Any other duties assigned by the Company / HOD

What we're looking for:

• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field.
• 5-7 years of experience in relevant field required
• To be proficient in English to liaise with customers
• Independent Individual whom is able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and a Team Player
• Candidates with CGI certification & General Insurance Knowledge will be at an added advantage
• Salary will commensurate with relevant years of experience
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Team Lead / Assistant Manager Role.
