Job Summary

The License & Permit Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all necessary business licenses and permits. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies to ensure 100% regulatory compliance and prevent any operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and track applications of Licenses for new business licenses, operating permits, and professional certifications.
  • Maintain a centralized database/calendar to ensure all licenses are renewed well ahead of expiration dates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials, municipal councils, and regulatory bodies.
  • Knowing and Complying required technical documents for procurement of Licenses .
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure all physical sites are displaying valid permits as required by law.
