THE JOB

  • Prepare and provide periodic management reports, analysis, write-ups and presentation materials as required by various stakeholders i.e. Eaglestar Board, Eaglestar Management Team (EMT), Talent Development Committee (TDC), Groups (PETRONAS, MISC and AET), Corporate HR and external parties presentation e.g. consultants, seminar, conference etc.
  • Prepare and present the HR analysis/information in the most effective output (infographic and dashboard) as per various stakeholder requirements includes organisation structures and statistics.
  • Ensure high data integrity in managing the relevant HR data consolidation for reporting and analysis.
  • Engage with HR data owner in providing accurate information and manage the timeliness of submission.
