Job Description
Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing with strong hands-on experience on Google and Meta platforms, a solid grasp of performance metrics, and the ability to optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency. The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor and improve campaign performance across key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and overall revenue contribution.
Budget & Performance Management
• Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve defined performance goals. • Ensure efficient budget allocation across campaigns, funnels, and objectives.
Funnel & Audience Strategy
• Drive full-funnel performance from awareness to conversion (traffic, lead, and conversion campaigns). • Build, test, and optimize audiences including prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, and custom segments. Creative Testing & Optimization
• Partner with brand, design, and content teams to deploy effective creatives and formats.
• Test ad creatives, hooks, captions, CTAs, formats, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze daily performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. • Maintain regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Experimentation & Scaling
• Test new campaign structures, formats, audiences, and platform features to drive scalability. • Support scaling of high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Content, Product, and Tech to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.
• Experience with audience strategy, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
