Job Summary

In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement

Job Description:

Shield function comprises:

· Workflow verification and clearance

· Refund of excess payments received

· Issuance of acknowledgement letters

· Change of payer

· Termination of policy

· Processing of change plan request

Day to day responsibilities:

1) Process customer requests under the Shield function in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality.

2) Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
