Senior Executive, Project Administration
Responsibilities:
- To handle project management administrative tasks and documents such as contract or award letter, payment, record keeping, budgets, KM, BP and CCC submission.
- To assist in supervising the progress of project, ensuring design specifications, safety practice, work schedule and other related requirements are met.
- To highlight any issue to superior to maintain project progress as accordance to timeline.
- To assist in organizing various aspects of the assign project, from inspection to construction, till complete and handover.
- To Assist in managing communication matters for all internal and external stakeholders.
- To coordinate between consultants, contractors, project team, finance, other stakeholders on any arising matters related to new projects.
- To maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, variation orders, and progress report.
