Responsibilities
- Planning and finalising work programme for the whole development period to substantiate the project team's project implementation schedule documents for any new project.
- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules in accordance with project requirements.
- Carry out the scope of works to ensure that the works are completed according to the specification (within the time, budget, quality of material, inspection, monitoring of maintenance schedule, Clients need, contract requirement and other regulatory bodies requirements).
- Ensure any tasks and decision-making are made in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Monitor closely the implementation of work activities to ensure all related work is carefully planned and project is completed successfully.
- To act on all correspondence, technical submittals and reports etc. submitted by the contractor accordingly.
