Follow up in coordination of multi-disciplinary works i.e. building design, M&E, C&S, landscape design and any other design aspects.

Detail drawings checking, follow up comment on optimizing, practicality and buildability aspect.

Assist in monitoring and keep track with contract dept, from tender preparation until recommendation & award stage.

Assist in following up and keep track with consultants on Plan submission and approval.

Assist in tracking and follow up with relevant authorities to obtain plan approval letters / CCC clearance letters.

Responsible to ensure proper documentation / filing system in place for easy keeping & retrieval of all incoming / outgoing correspondences, drawings, document & etc.

Assist in all site related matters.

Involved with site staff in pre-delivery inspection.

Assist in vacant possession & handing over activities to purchasers. ...
