Requirements / Responsibilities:
Have overall 6 – 8 years of IT experience Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in QA as a process facilitator, Auditor and have a minimum 1 year of experience in SDLC(Testing & Development) Experience as a trainer for processes or any other topics Strong knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, ISO , ISO , CMMI Dev and service standards Experience in methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFe Agile, Kanban, and DevOps projects etc. Experience in handling PMO activities Quality experience in Infra and Security services business Ability to understand business requirements and design suitable process Ability to identify the gaps, improvement opportunities, risks in existing QMS Strong knowledge in data collection methods and analysis Ability in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits Ability in serving business activities/projects as a process facilitator Should have excellent communication and MS office skills
