Job Description

The Senior Executive is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR operational and administrative support to assigned Schools for the University's faculty population, with a focus on Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure (PT), Job Changes and Exit Management. The role ensures that all faculty‑related processes are executed in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This position supports Schools in managing faculty operational matters by coordinating, preparing and verifying documentation, maintaining data integrity across HR systems, and providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. The Senior Executive works closely with stakeholders, the School's Faculty Affairs Office, and HR Business Partners to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient HR services throughout the faculty lifecycle.
